To ensure stable performance and smooth operation of the Ronto Portal, the following hardware specifications are recommended:
● CPU: Intel Core i7 (12th Gen or later), or equivalent server-grade processor
● Memory: Minimum 16 GB RAM (32 GB recommended for large-scale deployments)
● Storage: Minimum 20 GB free disk space (SSD recommended for performance and reliability)
● OS: Ubuntu 20.04 LTS or later (64-bit), or equivalent Linux distribution
Please ensure the following ports are open to allow proper communication between the Controller and Ronto Portal services:
Port Type: Web Port
Description: The port used for accessing the Ronto Portal website.
Recommended Port: 443
Port Type: Controller Connection Port
Description: The port used when the Controller/Ronto Service is binding to the Portal.
Recommended Port: 7000
Port Type: Service HTTPS Connection Port
Description: After the Controller/Ronto Service is connected, this port must be open to allow the Portal to display the Controller/Ronto Service’s web interface.
Recommended Port: 8443
Port Type: WebSocket Port
Description: Required if EAPs/Switches are managed directly by Ronto Portal.
Recommended Port: 15002
Port Type: RTTY Server Port
Description: The port used by EAPs/Switches managed by Ronto Portal to connect to the RTTY Server.
